Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This policy sets out the acceptable use of NOVACORE AI websites and, once launched, its platforms and services. Commercial customers are also bound by the acceptable-use terms in their agreements.

2. Prohibited conduct

• Illegal activity or activity that violates third-party rights
• Attempting to breach, probe or interfere with security
• Using services for unauthorised access to others’ data
• Generating, storing or distributing unlawful or harmful content
• Circumventing quotas, billing or abuse controls
• Interfering with other customers’ workloads

3. AI platform use

Where AI services are provided, customers must comply with the responsible-AI requirements in their agreements, including approved use cases, human accountability and disclosure of model limitations.

4. Enforcement

We may suspend access to protect the service, other customers or the law, and will notify affected customers where practicable.
