Every application follows the same steps. We tell you where you stand at each one.

    A conversation about your experience, what you are looking for and how we work.

    Technical or professional assessment

    A practical exercise or structured discussion appropriate to the role.

    A closing conversation covering scope, expectations and any remaining questions.

    We confirm the outcome in writing, whether or not we proceed.

Candidate privacy

The controller is NOVACORE AI S.R.L. We process your application to assess your suitability and to communicate with you about it. The legal basis is the taking of steps at your request prior to entering a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, where we keep an application on file for future openings, our legitimate interest in maintaining a candidate pool (Article 6(1)(f)).

We collect only your name, email address, optional telephone number, chosen professional area, the profile or CV link you provide, and any message you write. This site accepts no file uploads, so no document of yours is stored on our infrastructure.

We do not ask for, and you should never send us, passwords, banking or payment details, health information, national identification numbers, photographs, or any other information not necessary to assess an application.

Applications are retained for 6 months from receipt and are then deleted automatically by a scheduled process. If we invite you into a later stage, we will tell you what that means for retention.

Your application is stored on infrastructure located in the European Union and is not transferred outside the European Economic Area. Access is limited to the people involved in recruitment.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection or portability at any time, and you may lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP.

Recruitment fraud warning

NOVACORE AI will never ask a candidate for payment of any kind, for cryptocurrency, for passwords or account credentials, or to purchase equipment, software or training as a condition of employment.

We will never ask for banking details in order to "verify" your identity during recruitment. Bank details are collected only after a signed employment contract, through official channels.

All genuine communication comes from an @novacoresoftai.com address. If you receive a message claiming to be from us that asks for money, credentials or equipment purchases, treat it as fraudulent, do not respond, and report it to us.
