Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the NOVACORE AI website, including its pages, content, documents and contact facilities.
Last updated: 17 August 2026
Please read these terms before using the website. By accessing or using it, you acknowledge that your use is subject to these terms and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website.

Current corporate information is also available on the Company Details page and may be independently verified through the Romanian Trade Register.
2. Scope of these terms
These terms govern use of the public website only.
They do not constitute or replace:
- a service agreement
- a rental or hosting agreement
- a software-development contract
- a confidentiality agreement
- a data-processing agreement
- a service-level agreement
- a procurement commitment
- an offer or acceptance
- any other separately executed commercial agreement.
Any commercial engagement with NOVACORE AI is subject to a separate written agreement defining the applicable scope, responsibilities, pricing, service levels and legal terms.
Where a specific website function or policy has additional conditions, those conditions apply together with these terms.
3. Informational purpose
The website provides general information about NOVACORE AI, its current capabilities and projects or services under development.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in a signed written agreement:
- website content is provided for general information
- descriptions do not constitute professional, legal, financial or investment advice
- service descriptions do not constitute a binding offer
- infrastructure specifications do not represent guaranteed capacity
- development targets do not constitute delivery commitments
- references to technologies do not imply ownership, procurement, availability, partnership or endorsement
- submitting an inquiry does not create a customer relationship or reserve capacity.
A contract arises only when an authorised representative of NOVACORE AI and the relevant counterparty execute an applicable written agreement.
4. Development-stage information
Certain pages describe projects, infrastructure and services that are still in development.
Information concerning planned GPU infrastructure, hosting, data-centre capacity, equipment, cooling, power, networking, commissioning or service availability may change as technical studies, procurement, approvals and implementation progress.
A technology included in an evaluation list should not be understood as:
- selected or purchased
- installed or operational
- reserved for a customer
- available for immediate delivery
- endorsed by its manufacturer
- part of a confirmed final design.
The status displayed on the relevant page should be reviewed before relying on project information.
5. Accuracy and updates
We take reasonable steps to ensure that public corporate information and material project statements are accurate when published.
However, information may become incomplete, outdated or incorrect because of technical, regulatory, commercial or operational changes. We do not guarantee that every page will always be complete, current or free from error.
Where provided, a “last updated” or “last verified” date indicates when the relevant content was most recently reviewed. It does not guarantee continued accuracy after that date.
Please notify us at office@novacoresoftai.com if you believe the website contains inaccurate information.
6. Permitted use
You may access and use this website for lawful informational and business purposes.
You may download or print reasonable extracts for internal evaluation, due diligence or discussions with NOVACORE AI, provided that you:
- preserve copyright and attribution notices
- do not modify the material in a misleading manner
- do not present it as an executed commitment
- do not use it to imply a relationship, approval or endorsement that does not exist.
No other licence is granted unless expressly stated in writing.
7. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- use the website for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, data or administrative functions
- interfere with website availability, integrity or security
- introduce malicious code or harmful content
- perform disruptive or excessive automated requests
- bypass access controls, rate limits or technical safeguards
- probe or test vulnerabilities without prior written authorisation
- impersonate another person or misrepresent an organisation
- submit false, misleading or unlawfully obtained information
- scrape or reproduce substantial parts of the website contrary to applicable law
- use website content to create false claims about NOVACORE AI
- infringe intellectual-property, privacy or other rights.
Authorised security testing requires a separate written scope and explicit approval.
8. Inquiries and submitted information
When submitting a contact, infrastructure or rights-related request, you must provide information that is accurate and that you are authorised to provide.
Do not submit passwords, private keys, financial credentials, classified information, special-category personal data, security vulnerabilities or other highly sensitive information through a general contact form unless NOVACORE AI has expressly authorised an appropriate secure channel.
Submission of an inquiry:
- does not guarantee a response within a commercial timeframe unless required by applicable law
- does not guarantee acceptance or future availability
- does not create exclusivity
- does not constitute an order or reservation
- does not require NOVACORE AI to enter negotiations or execute a contract.
Personal information submitted through the website is handled as described in the Privacy Notice.
9. Customer and end-use review
Certain proposed services may require identity verification, business verification, beneficial-ownership information, sanctions screening, end-use information or additional documentation.
NOVACORE AI may decline to proceed where verification cannot be completed, information is inconsistent, the proposed activity falls outside an applicable policy, or legal, security, regulatory or operational concerns remain unresolved.
Use of services subject to an End-Use Policy will be governed by that policy and the applicable contract. Website access alone does not constitute approval under such a policy.
10. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise identified, the website structure, original text, visual design, graphics, branding and other original materials are owned by or licensed to NOVACORE AI and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Product names, trademarks, logos and technical specifications belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance is for identification or informational purposes and does not imply affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, licence, sell or commercially exploit protected website material without prior written permission or another lawful basis.
11. Third-party content and links
The website may reference or link to manufacturer documentation, public registers, authorities or other third-party resources.
Third-party websites are controlled by their respective operators. NOVACORE AI does not control and is not responsible for their availability, security, accuracy, content or data-processing practices.
A link does not imply endorsement or responsibility. You should review the terms and privacy information of each third-party service you use.
12. Website availability and security
We aim to operate the website responsibly, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or free from defects.
Access may be restricted or suspended for:
- maintenance
- updates
- security incidents
- infrastructure failures
- legal or regulatory reasons
- events beyond reasonable control.
You are responsible for using appropriate security measures when accessing online services.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its content are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis.
NOVACORE AI does not provide warranties regarding:
- continuous website availability
- suitability for a particular purpose
- commercial outcomes
- completeness of general information
- compatibility with every device or browser
- absence of all errors or security risks
- future availability of services or infrastructure.
Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NOVACORE AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising solely from reliance on general website information or temporary inability to access the website.
This limitation does not exclude or restrict liability where exclusion is prohibited by law, including liability arising from fraud, wilful misconduct or any other matter that cannot legally be limited.
Any liability arising from contracted services is governed by the applicable agreement, not these website terms.
15. Privacy and electronic communications
Personal-data processing related to the website is described in the Privacy Notice.
Information about cookies and similar technologies is provided in the Cookie Policy, where applicable.
The website Terms of Use do not replace those notices. Where there is a conflict concerning personal-data processing, the applicable privacy information and mandatory law prevail.
16. Changes to the website and terms
We may update the website or these terms to reflect changes in functionality, operations, legal requirements or business practices.
The revised version applies from the date stated at the top of the page. Material changes will be communicated through the website where appropriate.
Changes do not retroactively modify a separately signed contract.
17. Severability and no waiver
If a provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
A failure or delay in enforcing a provision does not constitute a waiver of the relevant right.
18. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Romanian law, without prejudice to mandatory protections that may apply under another jurisdiction.
Disputes relating to the website are subject to the competent Romanian courts, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
Nothing in these terms restricts rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights where applicable.
19. Language
These terms may be published in Romanian and English.
If an inconsistency arises, the Romanian version prevails to the extent permitted by applicable law, unless a separately signed agreement expressly provides otherwise.
