Real-time operational status of NOVACORE AI platform services, infrastructure components and developer tools — with incident history and scheduled maintenance.
The NOVACORE AI status page provides transparent, real-time information about the operational state of platform services and infrastructure components. We report what is operational, what is experiencing issues and what maintenance is planned — without spin, without delay and without hiding behind vague status messages. When a service is operational, the indicator is green and we report current performance metrics. When a service is degraded, we describe the symptoms, the affected components and the investigation status. When there is an outage, we provide incident timelines, root-cause analysis (once confirmed) and remediation steps. We do not describe major outages as 'minor service disruptions' or use other euphemistic language that obscures the actual impact on customers. This page is public and does not require authentication. For services that are customer-specific (private deployments, dedicated GPU environments), status is available through authenticated customer dashboards. Scheduled maintenance is announced at least 48 hours in advance, with clear descriptions of affected services, expected duration and customer impact. Emergency maintenance is announced immediately with explanation of the circumstances that required it.

When platform services experience incidents, NOVACORE AI communicates openly about what happened, why it happened and what is being done to prevent recurrence. We publish root-cause analyses for all significant incidents — not sanitised summaries, but technical explanations that help customers and partners understand the actual cause and the actual remediation. We do not describe outages as 'degraded performance' or use other language that minimises actual customer impact. This transparency is essential to the trust relationship with customers who depend on NOVACORE infrastructure for mission-critical operations. If we cannot be honest about our failures, we cannot be trusted with our customers' most sensitive workloads.
