NOVACORE AI is an AI infrastructure company registered in Romania, not a general IT services firm. We build and operate across four integrated divisions — Software, Intelligence, Compute and Infrastructure — spanning the full value chain from custom engineering to physical data-centre development.
NOVACORE AI was founded to deliver AI capability that is both technically ambitious and commercially grounded. We do not offer consulting frameworks divorced from delivery, and we do not publish papers without shipping products. Every division of the company exists to solve a concrete, recurring problem in the AI supply chain — from enterprise software engineering and private AI deployment through to GPU compute provisioning and long-term data-centre infrastructure development.
Custom platform engineering, cloud-native system development, enterprise system integration and data engineering services for government and industry. Our teams design and deliver production-grade software that runs on secure, scalable infrastructure, with deep experience across financial services, public-sector digitalisation and industrial automation.
Private AI assistants, document intelligence systems, autonomous AI agents and custom model services for organisations that cannot send their data to public cloud AI platforms. We build retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, fine-tuned language models and governed inference endpoints that operate within the customer's own security perimeter. This division also leads our research programme, including work on Romanian-language AI models and responsible deployment frameworks.
Dedicated and reserved GPU infrastructure for AI training, high-throughput inference and research workloads, with full transparency on hardware specification, uptime commitments and data residency. We operate both on-demand compute and longer-term reserved-capacity contracts for enterprises that need predictable pricing and guaranteed access to GPU resources. The division also manages associated high-performance storage and low-latency networking layers.
The physical-foundation division of the company, responsible for AI-ready data-centre design, development and operations within Romania and the wider European region. This division addresses the acute shortage of sovereign, high-density AI compute facilities in Eastern Europe by planning and developing facilities purpose-built for GPU clusters, liquid cooling and renewable energy integration. Infrastructure projects follow a phased approach — site selection, design, regulatory approval, construction and operational commissioning.
NOVACORE AI was founded to close the gap between European AI ambition and the infrastructure required to deliver it securely. Organisations across the continent need AI they can control — deployed on their own terms, governed by their own policies, and operated within European jurisdiction. We exist to build that capability, from the application layer down to the physical data centre, under a single accountable structure.
The company is structured to deliver across the full AI value chain, from software engineering to physical infrastructure, with a disciplined focus on what we can actually build and operate today.
NOVACORE AI SRL was registered in Romania with the specific purpose of building sovereign AI infrastructure for European enterprises and public institutions. The company was founded on the conviction that Europe needs its own integrated AI capability — not fragmented point solutions from dozens of vendors, but a coherent value chain under a single accountable entity. Our journey began with software engineering and enterprise AI services, generating revenue from day one while laying the groundwork for GPU compute and data-centre infrastructure programmes that will scale over the coming years.
