Backend, frontend, platform and data engineers building enterprise-grade systems for government, finance and healthcare. You will work on secure, scalable architectures — not throwaway prototypes. We use modern stacks, enforce code review, test rigorously and deploy to production with confidence. Engineers own their features from design through monitoring.
ML engineers and researchers working on private AI assistants, document intelligence, autonomous agents and Romanian-language models. You will build retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, fine-tune models on domain-specific data and deploy governed inference endpoints — all within customer-controlled environments where data never leaves the perimeter.
Network, systems and data-centre specialists for the GPU compute and physical infrastructure programme. You will design high-performance networks, provision GPU clusters, manage storage tiers and contribute to data-centre planning — bridging the gap between enterprise software and the physical facilities that power it.
