The process for joining NOVACORE AI's partnership programme — from initial inquiry through formal agreement and joint go-to-market.
NOVACORE AI builds partnerships deliberately — not opportunistically. We do not offer a self-service partner sign-up portal that confers immediate partner status. Every partnership, regardless of type or tier, follows a structured process designed to establish mutual understanding, verify capability, document terms and create the foundation for a productive, transparent, accountable relationship. This discipline reflects our broader philosophy: commitments should be documented and verifiable, relationships should be built on evidence rather than enthusiasm, and partner status should mean something — to us, to the partner and to the customers we serve together. Whether you are a technology vendor interested in supplying infrastructure components, a research institution seeking collaboration on Romanian-language AI, a systems integrator wanting to deliver NOVACORE solutions to your clients, or an infrastructure developer exploring data-centre partnerships — the process begins with a structured conversation about mutual interests, capabilities and expectations. We do not rush this process. We do not announce partnerships before agreements are signed. And we do not confer partner status lightly. When we list a partner, it means the relationship has been verified, the terms have been agreed, and both organisations are committed to delivering measurable value — together.
Contact NOVACORE AI through the partnership inquiry form. Describe your organisation, the type of partnership you are exploring and the value you believe the collaboration could create. We respond within five business days with initial questions or a meeting invitation.
Structured conversation covering strategic alignment, technical capability, commercial expectations and partnership model. Both sides assess whether there is sufficient mutual interest and fit to proceed. No commitment at this stage — just honest exploration.
Formal review of technical capability, financial standing, regulatory compliance and operational capacity. Governed data room with documented evidence. Non-disclosure agreement executed before confidential information is shared.
Negotiation of the formal partnership agreement — scope, roles, responsibilities, commercial terms, IP provisions, performance expectations, governance framework and exit provisions. Legal review by both parties.
Formal signing of the partnership agreement. Both parties designate named contacts and establish governance cadence. Partner is now eligible for listing on NOVACORE materials with the agreed designation and logo usage terms.
Launch of the partnership — joint go-to-market planning, technical enablement, team introductions and first joint activities. Regular governance reviews track progress against defined milestones and performance metrics.
The timeline varies by partnership type and complexity. A straightforward commercial reseller agreement may complete in 4–6 weeks. A complex infrastructure development partnership involving multiple stakeholders, regulatory review and capital commitments may take 3–6 months or longer. We do not compress timelines for marketing convenience — the process takes the time required to do it properly.
